Disposition versions
1.22. The following diplomas awarded by the educational institutions designated below give access to the permit issued by the Ordre des chimistes du Québec within the scope of paragraph b of subsection 1 of section 10 of the Professional Chemists Act (chapter C-15):
(a) Baccalauréat ès sciences (spécialisé, chimie), Baccalauréat ès sciences (spécialisé, biochimie), from Université Laval;
(b) Baccalauréat ès sciences (chimie), Baccalauréat ès sciences (biochimie), from the Université de Montréal;
(c) Bachelor of Science (Chemistry Honours), Bachelor of Science (Biochemistry Honours), from McGill University;
(d) Baccalauréat ès sciences (chimie), from the Université de Sherbrooke;
(e) Baccalauréat ès sciences (chimie), from the Université du Québec à Montréal;
(f) Baccalauréat ès sciences (chimie), Baccalauréat ès sciences (biochimie) from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières;
(g) Baccalauréat ès sciences (chimie) from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi;
(h) Baccalauréat ès sciences (chimie) from the Université du Québec à Rimouski;
(i) Bachelor of Science (Honours in Chemistry), Baccalauréat ès sciences (spécialisé, chimie), Bachelor of Sciences (Specialization in Analytical Chemistry), Baccalauréat ès sciences (spécialisé, chimie analytique), Bachelor of Science (Specialization in Biochemistry), Baccalauréat ès sciences (spécialisé, biochimie) from Concordia University;
(j) Bachelor of Science (Chemistry Honours) from Bishop’s University;
(k) Bachelier ès sciences, obtained upon completion of a Bachelor’s program in biochemistry from the Université du Québec à Montréal;
(l) Bachelier ès sciences, obtained upon completion of a Bachelor’s program in biochemistry from the Université de Sherbrooke.
The following diplomas awarded by the educational institutions designated below give access to the specialist’s certificate issued by the Ordre des chimistes du Québec:
(a) Ph. D. in biochemistry from Université Laval;
(b) Ph. D. in biochemistry from McGill University;
(c) Ph. D. in biochemistry from the Université de Montréal;
(d) Ph. D. in biochemistry from the Université de Sherbrooke.
